When brothers, Johnny and Paddy McGuire, opened Bricín Shop and Restaurant in their native Killarney 20 years ago, they raided a treasury of Irish culture, cuisine and design to create an utterly new and authentic experience in the tourist town.

The name Bricín is a by-word for delicious food with an emphasis on traditional Irish cuisine in Killarney.
