Bricín
When brothers, Johnny and Paddy McGuire, opened Bricín Shop and Restaurant in their native Killarney 20 years ago, they raided a treasury of Irish culture, cuisine and design to create an utterly new and authentic experience in the tourist town.
The fusion of Celtic imagination and loyalty to the best of what Ireland represents is at the heart of the success story of our business. Twenty years on, Bricín occupies a unique place in the affections of both the locals and the many visitors for whom an evening in Bricín is the stuff of what dream holidays in Ireland are made of.
Step inside our front door in High Street and you will experience the warm welcome and quality, traditional Irish food that will make you more than glad you called.
The name Bricín is a by-word for delicious food with an emphasis on traditional Irish cuisine in Killarney. Brothers Johnny and Paddy McGuire believe in offering their diners a unique experience in terms of enjoying the best and the freshest of Irish food served in a restaurant unique for its old-world ambience and warm welcome. Paddy is head chef and Johnny is the welcoming face on the restaurant floor.
