Explore Killarney Lakes with a canoe trip, beginning from Ross Castle. You will be guided through the glorious lakes, cradled by mountains in a panoramic setting, passing the copper-mines and many islands along the way. Canoeing is a fun activity for all to enjoy!

You will have the opportunity to visit Innisfallen Island which houses ruins a 6^th century monastery. The island is approx. 21 acres and is home to native red deer. The island is highly recommended as a day trip, particularly for families etc; the boat will bring you to the island from Ross Castle and you can spend hours exploring and walking the trails.
