This is a real treat for those interested in Irish culture and heritage; Muckross Schoolhouse is a up-scaled model of the traditional two roomed school found throughout Ireland’s towns and villages all those years ago. The house can be viewed as part of the Muckross Traditional Farms Tours where you can enter the building and browse at your leisure. Alternatively the site is very popular for hosting traditional Irish evenings and conferencing events.
