While Strickeen can be described as a moderate walk, the views from the top are some of the best in the world!
Beginning on the lower road of the glaciated valley of the Gap of Dunloe, a leisurely stroll takes you to the base of the Strickeen track. A winding route awaits to carry you up, up and away until you reach the summit, standing at 440m.
A treasure of panoramic views can be enjoyed from the summit; Beenkeragh, Carrauntoohill, Dingle Bay & Peninsula, Cromane, Purple/ Tomies, Killarney Lakes and the Gap of Dunloe.
